Standard shipping within Singapore is free on all orders $120 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 for all orders up to $119.99. Currently there is a limited promotion with lowered minimum spend of $100 for free delivery to Singapore.
If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number for faster processing.
Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been processed by our warehouse, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout. It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout.
Standard fulfillment and shipping takes 3-4 business days after the order is placed using CJ Logistics Singapore. Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-4 business days during non-sale periods. Depending on where you live, delivery may take a longer time to arrive
It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery. Sometimes shipping labels can get scratched during processing and don't register properly, but your package should still be on its way!
If more than 10 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact us for assistance. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.
Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home, and you may receive your package within 24 hours after your tracking has updated to “delivered.” If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact us via our help page.
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us with photos of the items you received and the packing slip in the box, and we'll assist with getting the right products to you.
You should receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out from the warehouse.
If you did not receive the email, please contact us with your order number, and we will check the status for you.
As BlueBasket delivers your order directly from South Korea, Self Pick-Up option is not available.
If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing
an order, it is most likely because an incorrect email address was entered
during checkout.
Kindly contact us with your name and order number, as well as the items that
you purchased, so that we can search your order.
Changed your mind? Made a mistake? That’s okay! It is possible to cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet(Before AM 11:00). Please reach out to us with our help page with your order number, and our customer service team will help you. Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel or refund the shipment.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) relief is granted for purchases not exceeding S$400 (including shipping fees). For orders exceeding $400, they will be subjected to the Government’s prevailing GST rate. Payment of GST will be made by BlueBasket Customers. BlueBasket only ships to one address per order. If you wish to deliver products to more than one location, please complete the orders separately.
We are unable to combine the orders. However, if you contact hi@bluebasket.sg before 11.00am, we may be able to combine the package and deliver your orders in one box.
You may update or add new addresses to your BlueBasket account address here: https://bluebasket.com/account/addresses. You may save multiple addresses in your account and select any of the saved delivery address the next time you order.
We accept payments through PayPal and credit card.
If you have a gift card, you may enter the code during the check out process to receive your discount.
Request for returns must be made within 72 hours from the time your items are delivered. BlueBasket reserves the right to reject any requests for a refund after 72 hours post-delivery.
Yes, photos are required in all refund requests to check the condition of the item that will be returned. Any refund requests with no supporting images will be rejected.
In the case of damaged products, colour error or any mistakes made by BlueBasket in your order, return fees will be paid by BlueBasket.
Products will be collected directly from your home for returns and collection time can be arranged directly with our logistics partner.
BlueBasket will process all return requests within 3 working days.
Once approval for return is confirmed with you, BlueBasket should receive the returned items within 3 days. Items that are not returned within the stated timeframe may be rejected.
BlueBasket products are shipped directly from South Korea to Singapore. If you would like to return any item because you changed your mind, you will need to bear the return delivery fees.
The return delivery fee varies by weight and will be deducted from your refund amount accordingly:
1KG : S$12
2KG : S$24
3KG : S$36
4KG : S$48
5KG : S$60
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned items are delivered to the designated distribution centres.

All brands and products on BlueBasket are best-selling, curated ones from South Korea.
While most products on BlueBasket are manufactured in South Korea, some of them from selected Korean brands may be manufactured in other countries.
