Omadeng uses long rice cakes (garaetteok ?€가?˜떡) that are made with rice instead of flour, which gives it a chewier texture. When paired with Omadeng's famous premium fishcakes and secret spicy tteokbokki sauce, this is sure to create a gastronomic experience that you will not want to miss!
What's in the Kit?
- Long Rice Cake (Garaetteok ?€가?˜떡) (120g), Omadeng Fish Cakes (95g), Omadeng Secret Sauce (80g)
- Each kit can serve between 1-2 pax.
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare 200ml of water in a pot.
- Add the rice cakes, fish cakes and sauce into the same pot and boil on medium heat.
- Stir the ingredients continuously to make sure they do not stick to the pot surface, and boil for around 7 minutes.
- Based on your individual preference, you can also add instant ramen noodles, chewy noodles (jjolmyeon 쫄면), hard-boiled eggs, cheese or other toppings to your tteokbokki/topokki.
- After cooking, you may cut the rice cakes into smaller pieces for easier consumption.
- If you wish, you can also add rice to your remaining tteokbokki sauce and enjoy a bowl of delicious fried rice!
Storage Instructions
Please store product in the freezer (-18 degrees Celsius and below).
