A: Neutral detergent means the detergent has pH value of 6 to 8. Nature Love Mere's laundry detergents are neutral detergents being at about 7.5 pH, and they are safe products which have passed the safety test of Korea Apparel Testing Research Institute.
Q: Can adults use the baby laundry detergents?
A: Nature Love Mere's laundry detergents minimise the synthetic surfactant by using vegetable surfactant, and it does not use enzymes. Therefore, the cleaning power for this detergent might not be as strong as regular laundry detergents for adult clothes. However, they are excellent for washing high-end clothes as the ingredients are less damaging to the fabric.
Q: I see deposits in the detergent, is there a defect?
A: Nature Love Mere's detergents are based on the vegetable surfactant extracted from sugar cane. Since the product does not use emulsifying agents or blend with other substances to minimise the amount of harmful substances in the detergent, it does not appear as opaque. Therefore, deposits can be easily seen in clear liquid. However, you can simply shake well before using the product and fret not, because the deposits are natural ingredients.
