How To Cook

Thaw the product in a refrigerator. Usage of hot water or microwave will cause the meat to lose its juice and end up tough.

Add in 50ml of water, Place the meat in a non-stick pan and stir-fry on medium heat. Overcooking the meat will cause it to be tough.
