Korean Pancake Powder Mix

A mixture of Korean domestic glutinous rice flour, plain flour, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to help you make a wide variety of crispy and delicious Korean pancakes at home easily. Simply add cold water and pancake toppings of your choice, mix and fry!

Cooking Instructions

1. Add 500g of CJ Baeksul Korean Pancake Powder Mix and 850ml of cold water to a bowl, then mix well to get your pancake batter. The amount of pancake mix and water can be adjusted accordingly, based on the portion size you intend to prepare.
2. Slice your pancake topping ingredients (leeks, seafood, kimchi, chives, zucchini etc.) into small pieces and mix well into the pancake batter. To achieve a crispier pancake texture, you may wish to drain the moisture out from your topping ingredients before adding them to the batter.
3. Add cooking oil to a heated frying pan, pour the pancake batter and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown before serving.

Storage Instructions

Please store product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once product has been unsealed, please store in an air-tight bag or container or keep in the refrigerator to preserve its quality. Please also avoid exposing the product to detergents, cosmetic products and oil, as it can easily absorb moisture and smells.
