More Than A Bagel

Made with ingredients such as rice, tofu, olive, these bagels from Wing Eat are not your ordinary bagels. While normal bagels often feel like a heavy option among bread, these bagels made with rice and whole wheat flour are made for easy digestion so you get consume them with ease.

Three Great Options

Take your pick depending on personal preference out of these three options that are equally delicious.

01. Whole Wheat Bagel

A basic bagel containing 46.04% whole wheat. If you still prefer a wheat-based bagel, this one is for you. The whole wheat bagel retains the original charming taste of bread, with a texture that is chewy rather than airy. It is the lightest option out of the three.

02. Rice Tofu Bagel

High in protein with 61.34% non-glutinous rice and 8.4% tofu. For those trying rice-based bread for the first time, this is a good option! It is moist with the light taste of tofu and has a soft, chewy texture. The rice tofu bagel is ideal if you are looking for a more substantial meal.

03. Rice Olive Bagel

If you love the unique taste of olive, try the rice olive bagel that is lighter than the rice tofu bagel but more substantial than a whole wheat bagel. The perfect blend between a moist texture from the olives and chewy texture from the rice flour. Contains 56.72% non-glutinous rice and 15.54% black olives.

What You Will Be Getting

Preparation Method

Microwave Oven

For a soft and moist texture, place the frozen bagel with a glass of hot water in the microwave oven and heat it up for 1-2 minutes. 

If the bagel has been thawed, heat it up in the microwave oven for 30 seconds with a glass of hot water.

Toaster

For those who prefer their bagels to be crispy, leave the bagel with the packaging out to thaw totally before toasting halved slices in your toaster for 1-2 minutes.

Note: Do not toast frozen bagels in your toaster.

Air-Fryer & Oven

Heat up the fryer or oven at 180°C for 3 minutes before leaving the frozen bagel into the fryer or oven for 5-10 minutes.

If the bagel has been thawed, put it in the fryer or oven for 1-2 minutes at 180°C.

Bagel Sandwich

While the bagels taste great on their own, they are also a versatile staple for creating other delicious dishes. If you are looking to have a filling breakfast, why not make some sandwiches out of these plain bagels with your favourite fresh ingredients?

Storage Information

The bagels are good to consume within 6 months after production date (please refer to expiry date stated on the packaging). Store the bagels in the freezer upon receiving them and keep the bagels frozen at all times when not consuming.
