Korean Fried Seaweed Roll (Gimmari)
A crispy street food snack that is the perfect pairing to some spicy tteokbokki/topokki (Korean rice cake)! Saongwon's fried seaweed rolls are made using a special batter to produce an extra crispy exterior. When paired with the soft and chewy sweet potato noodles wrapped in the seaweed rolls, it produces a blend of textures and flavours that will definitely leave you satisfied.
- Frying Pan: Add the frozen seaweed rolls to a frying pan with oil temperature of around 170~180°C and fry them for about 3~4 minutes.
- Oven: Heat up the frozen seaweed rolls in the oven at 200°C for around 10 minutes.
Please store product in the freezer (-18°C and below).
