Mung Bean Pancake (Bindaetteok)
Enjoy this traditional Korean dish at home with Saongwon's frozen, ready-made Mung Bean Pancake (Bindaetteok)! Saongwon's mung bean pancakes contain mung beans that have been painstakingly grinded using the traditional millstone method to create a crumbly texture. In addition, the pancake batter is packed with other ingredients such as kimchi, mung bean sprouts and pork to elevate its texture and create a richer flavour. Simply heat up the pancake in the frying pan or air-fryer and savour this delicious snack!
- Add the frozen pancake to a greased frying pan and pan-fry for about 6-8 minutes over low heat, flipping the pancake when each side turns golden-brown.
- Heat up the frozen pancake in the air-fryer at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes. Make sure to flip the pancake midway through heating it up.
Please store product in the freezer (-18°C and below).
