Use 1 stock cube per 500ml of water, as a recommended serving size for one person. The broth cube dissolves easily - 2-3 seconds in hot water & 1 minute in cold water, helping you complete your broth easily and quickly.

Soongan Natural Korean Stock Cubes use a low-sodium formula developed in a 1-year study by the Korean Food Research Institute. 

It creates a mildly-salted broth that is flavourful and well-seasoned that even people on low-sodium diets can enjoy. 1 cube is recommended for 500ml of water, but the amount can be adjusted according to personal preference.

How to Use This Product?

1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot

2. Add 1 stock cube into boiling water

1. What are the ingredients for these natural stock cubes?

Only natural ingredients and components are used, with no added chemical components.

2. How long can the stock cubes be stored for?

It can be stored for 36 months from the date of manufacture. There may be browning over time, but this does not affect the quality of the product itself so it is safe to eat.

3. Are there any artificial ingredients added?

The product was developed without any MSG and other chemical components.

4. What does the Vegetable Stock Cube consist of?

It is made only from land and sea plants, without any fish or meat. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.


1. Please use the product as soon as possible after opening the packaging, or the stock cube may get soggy from the moisture in the air. Even if this is the case, it is still safe to eat so don’t worry!

2. There may be browning of the stock cubes due to oxidation, depending on how and where it is stored. The quality of the product is not affected, and it is still delicious and safe to eat.
