Spicy Seafood Soft Tofu Stew Sauce 140g
Sauce for a Spicy Seafood Soft Tofu Stew. One of the hardest stews to cook at home due to its unique broth and flavour, you can now replicate this easily at home with this sauce packet from Chung Jung Won.
1. Slice up tofu (350g) and spring onions (15g)
2. Add the 200ml of water and the sauce in a pot and bring to a boil
3. Once it's boiling, add in tofu and spring onions and boil for another 4 minutes.
