Basic Ingredients
- sweet potato starch glass noodles
- eggs
- green onion
- salt
pepper
- soy sauce
- cooking oil
- seaweed sheet

Step 1
✔️ Crack 5 to 6 eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs.
✔️ Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
✔️ Slice up the green onion and add them to the egg mixture.

Step 2
✔️ Soak the sweet potato starch glass noodles.
✔️ Add the glass noodles to boiling water and cook them for 6 to 7 minutes.
✔️ Drain the water and rinse the glass noodles with cold water.

Step 3
✔️ Fry up a thin sheet of omelet on the fry pan.
✔️ Lay a sheet of seaweed on the egg.
✔️ Arrange the glass noodles to lay horizontally on the seaweed.

Step 4
✔️ Roll up the egg from its edge once it is solid, and push the egg roll to a side.
✔️ Pour more of the egg mixture into the pan and continue rolling the egg roll until it's finished.
