A Luxurious Seafood Feast
Oven-baked Cheese Garlic Butter Lobster

Basic Ingredients
- 1 live lobster
- 200ml beer
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp garlic
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- mozzarella cheese
- lemon slices
- broccoli
- water
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 2 slices of cheese
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
Step 1
✔️ Clean Lobster with a brush between the shells under running water.
✔️ You may trim the lobster with a trimmer.
✔️ Cut the lobster vertically.
Step 2
✔️ Put about 200ml of beer in a steamer and steam it with a little water.
✔️ When the skin color changes, remove it from the steamer.
✔️ Add a pinch of salt, pepper, 2 Tablespoons of butter and 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic.
✔️ Dissolve the butter in microwave and spread evenly.
✔️ Preheat your oven to 180 degrees in oven and cook for 5 minutes.
✔️ Cook the lobster again with mozzarella cheese and parsley for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
✔️ Slice the lemon and blanch the broccoli.
✔️ Serve them as the garnish.
✔️ Just before you eat, sprinkle some lemon juice to your liking.
Step 4
✔️ For the Garlic Dipping Sauce, mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 4 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 pinch of salt.
✔️ Tear the cheese slices and put it on top of the mixture.
✔️ Mix it evenly and microwave for 30 seconds, When the cheese melts, the sauce is done.
