

A tasty twist to your usual Tofu Kimchi
SPAM Tofu Kimchi

Servings: 1 ~ 2
Basic Ingredients
- 200 - 250g kimchi or stir-fried kimchi
- 1 can of SPAM
- 1 egg
- ⅓ onion
- ½ green onion
- cooking oil
- sesame seeds
Kimchi Stir-Fry Sauce Ingredients
- 100ml kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (for stir-fry)
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Step 1
✔️ Chop up green onions, onions and kimchi.
✔️ Stir-fry kimchi with the chopped onions.
✔️ When the onions are cooked, add kimchi Juice.
✔️Add soy sauce, oligosaccharide, plum Syrup, red pepper powder , sesame oil and stir fry until the soup is reduced.
✔️ Add sesame seeds.
✔️ You may skip this step (Step 1) with stir-fried kimchi

Step 2
✔️ Slice up tofu and use kitchen towels to dry them.
✔️ Slice SPAM into similar sized pieces as the tofu slices.
✔️ Pan-fry the tofu and SPAM slices on both sides.
