Spicy Fried Dumplings

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of CJ Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Wang Gyoza Mandu
- 2 tbsp of gochujang red pepper paste
- 1 cup of ketchup (200cc)
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of oligosaccharide
- 10 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1-2 tbsp of pepper
- Dash of parsley powder (optional)
- Dash of sliced garlic (optional)

Step 1
✔️ Heat the pan for about 30 seconds on medium-high heat.
✔️ Add about 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil into the heated frying pan.
✔️ Add the Wang Gyoza Mandu into the heated pan.
✔️ Pan-fry the dumplings for about 4-5 minutes, or until the skin turns golden-brown.

Step 2
✔️ Prepare the spicy mandu sauce.
✔️ Add 2 tbsp of gochujang paste, 200cc of ketchup, 2 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of oligosaccharide into a bowl and mix well.
✔️ Mince the garlic.
✔️ Add 1-2 tbsp of pepper powder and minced garlic to the mixture and stir well.

Step 3
✔️ Add the fried dumplings to a bowl and mix well with the spicy sauce.
