Ingredients: Omadeng fishcakes, Omadeng signature soup base, radish, carrots, mugwort, shitake mushrooms, konjac, tofu pouches, water

Steps:

1. Cut the vegetables and fishcake sheets up into edible sizes, thread assorted fishcakes onto skewers.

2. Put the fishcakes and vegetables into a pot and pour in suitable amounts of water and soup base according to preference. Leave them to boil.

Fishcake and Vegetable Fritters

Everyone loves a plate of light and crispy fried vegetables. For an upgraded version of this yummy Korean street snack, chewy fishcake strips are the perfect addition for a more varied texture.

Ingredients: Omadeng fishcakes, a variety of vegetables (perilla leaves, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions etc.), frying flour, starch, eggs, salt, iced water

Steps:

1. Cut the vegetables and fishcakes up into strips. Mix them in a batter of frying flour (1), starch (3), salt (0.3), and iced water (3/4).

2. Heat the oil up in a pan and fry the batter in separate pieces of edible sizes.
