Szechuan Wood Fired Chicken
Our chicken is marinated using the original sauce recipe that first came from Szechuan to Singapore in 2010. It retains the lovely sweet flavours together with the fragrant spices from the peppercorns and dried chillies. The Mala frenzy has taken over Singapore and many places have begun to create their own rendition.
We want to go back to the roots of what came from Szechuan many years ago by capturing the original flavours and spices together with quality poultry, chicken stock, and vegetables to bring you a delicious, authentic and enjoyable experience with our Szechuan Wood Fired Chicken Meal Kit.
