Ingredients

  • Pork (any cuts, pork belly/shoulder blade/jowls) 800g
  • Korean Water Parsley 400g (rinse well with water)
  • Ssam (assorted vegetable wraps)
  • Ssamjang (Korean BBQ dipping sauce)
  • Salt & Pepper (optional)

3 Ways to eat

1. Super Fresh & Scented

  • Grill the pork on a pan on each side.
  • Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Prepare rinsed water parsley and wrap them around the bite-sized pork.

2. Ultimate Grilled Mix

  • Grill the pork and water parsley on a pan until pork is cooked enough.
  • Make sure water parsley is also cooked well with oil.
  • Cut them into bite-sized pieces.

3. Healthy Veggie Wrap with Sauce

  • Pick the vegetables you like.
  • Put grilled pork, water parsley and a little bit of Ssamjang(Korean BBQ dipping sauce.)
  • Wrap all together and make Ssam(assorted veggie wraps in Korean.)
