Ingredients
- Pork (any cuts, pork belly/shoulder blade/jowls) 800g
- Korean Water Parsley 400g (rinse well with water)
- Ssam (assorted vegetable wraps)
- Ssamjang (Korean BBQ dipping sauce)
- Salt & Pepper (optional)
3 Ways to eat
1. Super Fresh & Scented
- Grill the pork on a pan on each side.
- Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare rinsed water parsley and wrap them around the bite-sized pork.
2. Ultimate Grilled Mix
- Grill the pork and water parsley on a pan until pork is cooked enough.
- Make sure water parsley is also cooked well with oil.
- Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
3. Healthy Veggie Wrap with Sauce
- Pick the vegetables you like.
- Put grilled pork, water parsley and a little bit of Ssamjang(Korean BBQ dipping sauce.)
- Wrap all together and make Ssam(assorted veggie wraps in Korean.)
