✔️ In order to remove the fishy smell of the lobster, pour 600ml of water and 200ml of beer into the steamer and let it boil. (*water to beer ratio is 3:1, the total should fill approximately 2 inches of your steamer)
✔️ When placing the lobster in steamer, allow its stomach to be facing up, so that its tasty juice will not be lost in the process of steaming.
✔️ Close the lid and steam the lobster for 10~15 mins.
