Corn Syrup
It is a high concentration corn syrup with maltose content of 55% or more, adding gloss and soft sweetness to your food. Use this syrup for stir-fry, braised or seasoned dishes that require gloss and persistence to add moist gloss and soft sweetness. It's perfect for meats such as bulgogi as well as snacks such as tteokbokki, and baked Korean sweets.
