Glass Noodle Egg Roll

Basic Ingredients

- sweet potato starch glass noodles
- eggs
- green onion
- salt pepper
- soy sauce
- cooking oil
- seaweed sheet

Step 1

โœ”๏ธ Crack 5 to 6 eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs.
โœ”๏ธ Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
โœ”๏ธ Slice up the green onion and add them to the egg mixture. .

Step 2

โœ”๏ธ Soak the sweet potato starch glass noodles.
โœ”๏ธ Add the glass noodles to boiling water and cook them for 6 to 7 minutes.
โœ”๏ธ Drain the water and rinse the glass noodles with cold water.

Step 3

โœ”๏ธ Fry up a thin sheet of omelet on the fry pan.
โœ”๏ธ Lay a sheet of seaweed on the egg.
โœ”๏ธ Arrange the glass noodles to lay horizontally on the seaweed. .  

Step 4

โœ”๏ธ  Roll up the egg from its edge once it is solid, and push the egg roll to a side.
โœ”๏ธ  Pour more of the egg mixture into the pan and continue rolling the egg roll until it's finished.

Step 4

โœ”๏ธ  Slice the roll into bite sizes before serving.
