Soft Tofu Stew

- 1/2 an onion
- 1/3 leek
- 400g of clams
- 350g of soft tofu
- 1/2 red chilli
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 prawns
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of CJ Dadam Korean Soft Tofu Stew (Sundubu Jjigae) Mix

Step 1

✔️ Chop the onions.
✔️ Slice the leeks and chilli peppers diagonally.

Step 2

✔️ Prepare clams and shrimp.
✔️ Prepare salt water using 3 cups of water and 0.3 tablespoon of salt.
✔️ Rinse the clams and shrimp in salt water.
✔️Drain out excess water.

Step 3

✔️ Add the clams, shrimp and some cooking wine to a pot.
✔️ Adjust to medium heat and stir the ingredients.
✔️ When the shrimp starts changing colour, add 2 cups of water and continue stirring.

Step 4

✔️ When the water is boiling, add the Korean Soft Tofu Stew Mix and stir evenly.

Step 5

✔️ Cut the soft tofu into appropriate size.
✔️ Add the soft tofu, red chilli and green pepper to the soup and continue boiling.

Step 6

✔️ If you wish, you can also add beaten eggs to the boiling soup.
✔️ Boil till the eggs are half-cooked, then turn off heat and serve.
