Shipping Policy


Goods and services tax(GST) relief is granted for purchases not exceeding S$400 (including shipping fees). For orders exceeding $400, they will be subjected to the government's prevailing GST rate. is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders.


Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partner “CJ Logistics Singapore.” We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $80.00. Flat shipping fee $5.00 will be charged for all orders under $80.00. You will receive an SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.



1.Shipping Time: 3-6 business days

Orders placed before 12:00PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-6 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.

2. Every customer will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

3. It is possible to cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Please reach out to us with our help page with your order number, and our customer service team will help you. Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment.

4. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees if the value of the purchased goods exceeds S$400.


All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged.

However, you can return an item if your purchase arrives defective or damaged. Only products purchased on may be processed for a refund or replacement. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items purchased from another retailer. No replacement or substitute. If the items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us with some photos of the condition via our help page for investigations within 72 hours after delivery. Once authorised, we will send the return label paid by us.

Once the returned item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-14 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Refunds will always be made back to the original method of purchase.

The Items must be returned along with any accompanying free gifts for a full refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot issue a refund.
