Korean Pork Galbi Marinade Sauce
CJ Baeksul's Pork Galbi Sauce is a marinade made from apples and pears with traditional Korean techniques since 1953. The sauce is made of a golden ratio of ingredients, and makes your pork extra tender and tasty. Conveniently marinate your pork with this sauce and add some garlic, onion and pepper, it'll taste amazing!
- After soaking the pork ribs in cold water to clean it, blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for 15 minutes and cool them again in cold water to prepare them.
- Put the pork ribs, marinade, vegetables, and water in a pot and open the lid for 20 minutes on high heat. Close the lid and boil it at medium heat for 40 minutes.
- Cut the pork ribs and cover it with the sauce evenly.
Ingredients: Soy sauce, (soybeans, brewed soy sauce, refined salt, corn syrup with high glucose content), sugar, fruit sugar, purified water, apple and pear puree, vitamin C, onion puree, garlic, chungju flavour enhancer, pepper powder, caramel pigment, acid control agent, xantham gum, ground ginger, cheongyang pepper extract.
