With Eat's Well's seasoned mackerel, you can now easily and quickly prepare a fish dish that tastes just as good as the ones in restaurants.
Saute on pan with a touch of oil at medium heat for 6-10 minutes until the fish is golden brown on both sides.
Grill or broil for about 15 minutes per side.
Leave it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at about 180°C.
Note: Cooking time may differ depending on thickness of fish.
Tip: Garnish with lemon or lime wedges.
Keep frozen at all times when not consuming. Thaw under refrigerator before cooking.
