Korean Wide Vermicelli Sweet Potato Glass Noodles 

Unlike the usual, this is a flat and wide version of Vermicelli Sweet Potato Glass Noodles, commonly used in dishes such as Andong Jjimdak, a famous braised chicken dish in Korea. This product is easy to cook, chewy and made of sweet potato, suitable to add into various dishes for that extra texture.

Cooking Instructions

  1. When the water boils, add the vermicelli and boil it for 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water 2-3 times.
  3. Drain the water to enjoy the chewy vermicelli.

Storage Information

Store the product in room temperature.
